Description


We are seeking a commercially aggressive and results-driven Business Development - FX Sales Executive to drive corridor growth, institutional partnerships, and FX transaction volumes.


The Role


This is a revenue-critical position.
You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing high-value FX and remittance partners, driving transaction volumes, and expanding strategic payout and inflow corridors.
This role requires deep understanding of FX dynamics, remittance structures, and regulatory considerations within international money transfers.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and onboard new IMTO partners, aggregators, and payout institutions
Drive FX transaction volumes across key corridors
Develop and execute corridor growth strategies
Negotiate commercial terms and pricing structures
Monitor competitor pricing and market movements
Maintain strong institutional and agent relationships
Ensure compliance alignment in all partnership activities
Provide regular revenue and pipeline performance reporting.


Ideal Candidate Profile


4 - 8 years experience in FX sales, remittance, or cross-border payments
Proven track record of closing institutional deals
Strong network within banks, fintechs, IMTOs, or aggregators
Deep understanding of FX spreads, pricing strategy, and liquidity management
Strong negotiation and commercial structuring skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in performance environments.
