Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new construction projects and partnerships

Drive revenue growth and market penetration strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or client relationship roles within the construction or infrastructure sector
Knowledge of public procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation
Strong communication, networking, and persuasive skills
Existing network of construction industry stakeholders is an advantage
