Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern who is fresh out of campus and passionate about sales, negotiations and client engagement. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive and eager to build a career in business development.

Responsibilities


Prospect and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and physical visits.
Pitch Codirect's courier and fulfilment solutions to SMEs and corporate clients.
Prepare quotes, proposals and assist in contract negotiations.
Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research and generate daily/weekly reports on leads and activity.
Support the Business Development team in presentations and follow-ups.


Requirements


Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in speaking to decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Energetic, self-driven and eager to learn.
Familiarity with logistics or e-commerce industries is an added advantage.
