Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Associate to support business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's client base across healthcare, manufacturing, corporate, and advisory sectors while supporting revenue generation and strategic market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
Build and manage strong client, partner, and institutional relationships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches
Support lead generation, outreach, and conversion strategies
Maintain and track client pipelines using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
Meet agreed business development, revenue, and partnership targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
4 - 7 years experience in business development, sales, client engagement, or commercial strategy
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities
Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
Highly organized, target-driven, and commercially minded
Experience in consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, or professional services is an advantage
