Key Responsibilities:


Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in labour outsourcing and local employment
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, employers, and partners
Drive sales growth through strategic prospecting, negotiations, and contract closures
Conduct market research to identify emerging employment and workforce trends
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for clients and management
Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in business development with exposure to labour outsourcing or workforce solutions
Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and growing client portfolios
Strong market intelligence, strategic planning, and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
