Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, closing deals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
Lead negotiations and close deals in alignment with company objectives
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and analytics) to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and support debt recovery where necessary
Carry out any other duties assigned by management
Job Requirements and Qualifications
HND, B.S.c Degree, or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience in digital media or advertising is an added advantage
Relevant professional certifications (local or international) are a plus
