Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Prospecting
Identify, research, and develop a pipeline of target clients within assigned territories.
Conduct cold visits and scheduled meetings with decision-makers.
Execute weekly visit plans to maximize coverage and conversions.
Product Demonstration & Sales
Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on client needs.
Clearly communicate the product's value proposition and benefits.
Handle objections and close subscription deals effectively.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management & Retention
Serve as the primary contact for onboarded clients.
Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
Drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
Address client concerns proactively to maintain long-term relationships.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
Provide weekly reports and sales forecasts.
Share market insights, competitor activity, and client feedback.
Requirements
Must-Have:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use smartphones and productivity tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in SaaS or tech product sales.
Existing network within relevant industries.
Background in customer success or account management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
