Pay: 250,000 - 350,000 net base salary plus commissions and performance incentives
About the Role
We are a growing recruitment and outsourcing firm looking for a driven Business Development Executive to win new clients and grow revenue by selling recruitment and talent solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, speaking with decision-makers, and closing quality business.
You will be responsible for bringing in new clients and working closely with recruiters to turn hiring needs into successful placements.
What You'll Do
Identify and engage new business opportunities
Pitch recruitment solutions to HR leaders, founders, and business owners
Convert prospects into signed clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth role activation
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Who We're Looking For
3-5 years proven experience in sales or business development
Experience in recruitment, HR services, or professional services is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident speaking with senior decision-makers
Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated
