JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Manager will drive sales and business growth across solar energy solutions and real estate investments. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing high-value deals in both sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales of solar energy solutions and real estate properties
Identify and develop new business opportunities across both sectors
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Manage client relationships from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct site visits, property inspections, and basic technical assessments
Prepare proposals for solar projects and real estate investment opportunities
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure solution delivery
Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and performance tracking
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
HND/BSc in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
3 - 5 years experience in sales or business development (renewable energy or real estate preferred)
Understanding of solar systems or real estate investment processes
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
