Job Summary
They are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth, expand the customer base, and develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate customers, and other key market channels.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who understands the bottled water/FMCG market and has a proven record of generating sales and developing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate and convert quality leads into customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.
Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.
Expand the company's distribution network and market coverage.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
Negotiate favourable business deals and close sales.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to increase business volume.
Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
Represent the company professionally in the marketplace.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Prior experience with a reputable bottled water company is COMPULSORY.
Proven experience in sales/business development within the bottled water or FMCG industry.
Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
Good knowledge of the Lagos market and distribution channels.
Target-driven, energetic, confident, and commercially minded.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Important:
Experience with a reputable bottled water company is a MUST.
Candidates without relevant bottled water industry experience should NOT apply.
