Role Overview
Join our team as a Business Development Executive and help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's IT and networking solutions. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management within the technology industry.
Experience in identifying, generating, and qualifying high-quality leads through networking, referrals, market research, and other business development channels.
Strong track record of managing the sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to proposal submission and deal closure.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand client business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities to grow the company's client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term business growth.
Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and present the company's IT and networking solutions.
Develop and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations that address client requirements.
Manage the sales pipeline by following up on leads and converting opportunities into successful projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements and business objectives.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
