About the Role:


We are looking for a driven, commercially focused Business Development Executive to drive and support sales of our enterprise legal technology solutions. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities with corporate, institutional, and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is confident with solution-based selling, understands long sales cycles, and can engage decision-makers effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities and markets.
Lead and manage a team.
Drive B2B and the sale of enterprise legal technology solutions to corporate and institutional clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to improve retention and long-term value.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
Conduct market and competitor research to support sales planning and positioning.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales (legal/tech industry preferred).
At least 2 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, particularly in enterprise environments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel when required.
Strong interest in legal technology and digital innovation.
