We are seeking a smart, result-driven, and highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing Real estate team in Abuja/Enugu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits
Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into sales
Negotiate deals and close sales transactions professionally
Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management


Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree / HND/ND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or any related field
Additional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management is an added advantage


Years of Experience


Minimum of 2 - 4 years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the Real estate industry
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


Required Skills & Competencies


Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales and closing ability
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Knowledge of real estate products, market trends, and customer needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Strong presentation and persuasion skills
