Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
Generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close business deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare reports on sales activities and market feedback.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 - 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage.
