Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and experienced business development executive to drive business growth through strategic B2B sales and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and developing long-term partnerships within the real estate industry.
This role requires a self-motivated professional who can identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets while representing the company's brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B business opportunities within the real estate sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and strategic business development initiatives.
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
4 - 6 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close high-value business deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an added advantage.
Must reside in Lagos.
