Job Summary


The job holder will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the end-to-end bid, proposal and tendering process, preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, coordinating bid submissions, and ensuring timely delivery of tender documents in line with client requirements and organizational standards.


Key Responsibilities


Prepare, develop, and submit professional technical and commercial proposals, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, ITTs, RFPs, and tender documents.
Interpret client requirements, tender specifications, and scope of work to develop winning proposals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Coordinate internal bid kick-off meetings and manage bid timelines.
Develop bid schedules and track proposal progress to ensure timely completion.
