What You Will Do


Business Development & Pipeline Growth
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging marketing-generated leads.
Drive consistent engagement with potential clients to understand their IT security needs and position tailored solutions.
Sales Execution & Client Engagement
Conduct high-level sales presentations and solution demonstrations to C-suite and senior IT decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals, business cases, and proof-of-concepts that align with client requirements.
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations while ensuring profitable and sustainable deal structures.
Manage smooth client handovers to the Account Management team to ensure long-term relationship success.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure unified go-to-market efforts.
Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity trends, competitive offerings, and client industry dynamics.
Contribute to strategic sales initiatives and provide feedback to improve service positioning and client experience.


Requirements


Must-Haves
You have at least 2+ years of IT sales experience in a target-driven environment or a similar entrepreneurial setting.
You have a proven record of exceeding new business revenue targets through strategic prospecting and solution selling.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior-level stakeholders with clarity and credibility.
You have a consultative approach — skilled at uncovering business challenges and positioning tailored cybersecurity solutions.
You have strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex sales cycles independently.
