Key Responsibilities


Identify and develop new business opportunities for fiber internet and connectivity service
Prospect and onboard residential, SME, enterprise, and corporate clients
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and growth areas
Present and sell fiber products such as routers, extenders, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues in coordination with support teams
Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (1 - 3years) in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in telecom, ISP, fiber, or technology companies.
Strong understanding of fiber internet services, bandwidth solutions, and connectivity products (an advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to engage in field sales and client visits.
