A leading consulting, learning, and human development organization, dedicated to helping individuals and businesses unlock their potential and achieve excellence is looking for a Business Development Lead to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand impact across clients and industries.


Responsibilities


Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term growth strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
Lead proposals, pitches, and contract negotiations to close deals etc.


Requirements


HND / BS.c Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field or related fields
3 - 5 years' proven experience with a track record of meeting targets, preferably in consulting,training, or human development services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to lead initiatives independently and work collaboratively.
