Job Description

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives.
Identify and target new markets, sectors, and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Generation

Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the company.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
Provide actionable insights to guide business strategy.

Proposal and Presentation Development

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

Collaboration and Team Leadership

Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align on business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior team members as required.

Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Present regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience:

Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.
3–5 years in a similar position.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
