JOB REQUIREMENTS
Good understanding of financial products, services, and operational processes.
Proficiency in banking software, CRM Tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Master's degree or professional certifications (MBA, ICAN, ACCA, CIS, etc.) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 - 8 years' experience in business development or sales within financial services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
