Job Summary


We are seeking a results-driven Business Development manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence within the energy and power sector.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare business proposals and presentations.
Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads.
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.


Requirements & Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
5 year and above proven experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Experience in the Energy and Power Industry is an added advantage.
