Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the renewable energy sector.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales, market research, and lead generation, with a strong passion for sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and expand market presence in solar and energy storage solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, and corporate clients
Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or sales within the solar industry
Strong industry network and deep knowledge of renewable energy products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation
Salary: Approximately ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ700,000
(Inclusive of basic salary, allowances, and commission)
