KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education & Training: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales and Security Management.
Professional certification in Sales & Marketing or Business Development area
Experience: 5 years' experience and at least 3 years in the security industry or related field, with proven results in selling:
Manned guarding, Alarm systems, CCTV systems, Access control systems, Security consultancy and integrated Security Solutions.
Knowledge: Knowledge of product portfolio, Security industry knowledge, Technological solutions, Market knowledge, Computer proficiency, Customer support, Team building, Training: Professional training in sales & marketing
Skills: Sales, Exceptional communication and interpersonal, networking & Relationship building, Proposal & Tender writing, Presentation, Negotiation, Financial & Commercial acumen, Research & Business intelligence, problem solving & analytical, Customer focus, Time Management, Organizational, leadership and team collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and pursue new business opportunities Development, Periodic review and implementation of Business Development Strategy Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, emerging and diversification opportunities Build long-term relationships with clients, Periodic engagement to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
Ensure tenders comply with procurement requirements
Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved Develop departmental Budget and implement cost cutting strategies.
Conduct Research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Setting goals for Business Development Staff, identifying training needs, Coaching and training. Adherence to the sales procedure including the pricing policy.
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines. Counter-check and approval of sales commissions.
