Job Description


We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company revenue growth.
The role involves market research, strategic planning, sales execution, and partnership development.


Key Responsibilities


Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms.
Prepare compelling business pitches, proposals and presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, HR) to ensure alignment and delivery of services.
Track performance against set targets and KPIs, and report to management.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a Business Development Executive
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content creation platforms
Sales and Marketing Knowledge.
