Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially astuteBusiness Development Managerto join its dynamicteam. The idealcandidate will be responsible for driving businessgrowth, identifying new market opportunities, increasing revenue, and strengthening market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, property development, facility management, and property sales.
Drive revenue generation and business expansion initiatives.
Build and maintainstrong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
Develop and executestrategic business development and sales plans.
Conduct market researchand competitor analysisto identify emergingopportunities.
Prepare and delivercompelling business proposalsand presentations.
Negotiate and close business deals to achieverevenue targets.
Collaborate with internalteams to ensure excellent clientservice and projectexecution.
Monitor market trends and providestrategic insights to management.
Person Specifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 - 12 years' experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the real estate sector.
Proven track recordof achieving businessgrowth and revenuetargets.
Strong understanding of the real estate and property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong commercial and strategic thinkingabilities.
