What You Will Do:


Generate and convert B2B leads.
Drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Build and manage strong client relationships.
Negotiate pricing and maintain healthy margins.
Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports.
Support proposal development with the Growth team.
Lead and coach a sales team to hit monthly & annual targets.


What We Are Looking For:


8+ years' experience in B2B sales / business development.
Experience managing a sales team (min. 3 years).
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Data-driven with solid commercial judgment.
Proficient in MS Office & structured reporting.
Bachelor's degree required; project management experience is a plus.
