Support the development and execution of sales strategies for podcast sponsorships, branded content, and media partnerships
Identify, prospect, and engage potential brand partners, advertisers, and sponsors
Assist in pitching media solutions tailored to client objectives
Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and client communication
Collaborate with the content and production teams to align brand deliverables
Prepare proposals, rate cards, and post-campaign reports
Track sales performance and contribute to revenue growth targets
Represent Huntaclay Media and Good News Naija Podcast professionally in meetings and industry engagements.


Requirements & Qualifications


2 - 4 years experience in sales, media sales, advertising, or partnerships
Strong understanding of digital media, podcasts, content marketing, or influencer marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Goal-driven, proactive, and results-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking is an advantage.
