Responsibilities:


Identify, assess, and pursue new commercial opportunities in the C&I and off-grid renewable energy market.
Build and manage relationships with prospective clients, partners, EPCs, and other key stakeholders.
Lead proposal development, coordinate bid submissions, and support contract negotiations.
Work closely with the technical and finance teams to prepare proposals, feasibility inputs, and pricing strategies.
Maintain a strong pipeline, track deal progress, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Conduct market research to stay current on policy, competition, and sector trends.
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and stakeholder engagements.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related field.
2-4 years' experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy, power, or infrastructure sector.
Proven track record in originating and closing C&I or distributed energy projects.
Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work cross-functionally.
Fluency in English required; regional languages a plus.
