Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead national B2B growth across corporates, HMOs, healthcare institutions, and government partners.
This role is ideal for someone who can build strong partnerships, close high-value deals, and drive revenue growth at scale.
What You'll Do
Acquire and grow key B2B accounts
Drive strategic partnerships across healthcare and corporate sectors
Lead negotiations and close high-impact deals
Expand market presence across major regions (Lagos, Abuja, PH, Kano, etc.)
Manage pipeline and deliver consistent revenue growth
What We're Looking For
5 - 10 years experience in business development/sales
Strong B2B deal-closing track record
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or HMOs (preferred)Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
