Job Summary


We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with strong experience in IT services sales across global markets.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in selling at least one of the following services: IoT, ERP Solutions, Cybersecurity, Application Development, or Digital Transformation.
This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and driving revenue growth in African regions and other global markets.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets including the Africa, and other international regions.
Drive sales for IoT, ERP solutions, Cybersecurity, Application Development, or Digital Transformation services.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, CXOs, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical and solution teams to develop customized proposals aligned with client business needs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and emerging technology trends.
Maintain an active sales pipeline, track opportunities through CRM tools, and provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
Represent the company in international client meetings, virtual demos, and industry networking events.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery and successful client engagement


Required Skills & Qualifications


4 - 10 years of experience in Business Development or IT Services Sales.
Proven experience selling IoT, ERP Solutions, Cybersecurity, Application Development, or Digital Transformation services.
Strong experience working with international clients across the African region and other global markets.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals in global markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
