Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with multiple different business units in order to align the goals of different groups and generate new aveues for income.
Once development goals have been established, this candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence, budgeting and creating timelines for necessary projects or events.
Alongside this, the candidate will also be responsible for cross checking legal responsibilities and contracts related to the organization and ensuring these regulations are followed.
Responsibilities
Build relationships to generate new avenues for income
Review contracts and legal
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
Prepare business proposals, bids, and presentations for clients
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or relevant field
Expereince in HR Consulting
5 years of management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
