Sales & Business Development


Identify and convert new business opportunities across corporate, industrial, commercial, and real estate sectors
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up
Meet sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline with a minimum of 4 new quality leads monthly
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and market research to expand business opportunities


Client Relationship Management


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and repeat business
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, quotations, and support
Provide tailored solutions and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process


Commercial & Proposal Management


Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, tenders, and proposals within set timelines
Support contract negotiations and ensure proper documentation and tracking of sales activities
Maintain up-to-date records of opportunities, orders, and client engagements


Technical & Product Knowledge


Develop a solid understanding of company products and services
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver suitable and effective solutions to clients


Operations & Coordination


Ensure prompt response to inquiries and efficient handling of office and sales operations
Track orders, inventory, and client commitments to ensure smooth execution
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain operational efficiency.


Requirements


Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities effectively
Proactive, organized, and target-driven mindset
Experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial, commercial, or real estate sectors
