Key Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining existing and building new corporate client relationships to achieve the revenue goal
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly objectives to internal stakeholders; identify areas of concern and assist in generating solutions
Participates in budget planning and development.
Creates, implements, and monitors tactical plans that are aligned with key business and strategic initiatives.
Enhance the department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Promote corporation and ensure positive stakeholder relations through active stakeholder and community engagement.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
At least 5 years' experience in a business development environment, with a minimum of 3 years at management level.
Knowledge of Hospital operations will be an added advantage.
