Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development, Recruitment, Outsourcing or managed services
At least 2 years' experience in a managerial/supervisory role
Proven track record in client acquisition, sales growth and account management
Experience in HR consultancy, recruitment or workforce solutions is an added advantage
