Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in steel sales, steel trading, or industrial B2B sales
Proven business development and account management experience
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Commercially minded with excellent analytical and reporting skills
Experience in import/export trading or the African steel market is advantageous
