Role Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and strategic partnerships across printer hardware, managed print services, and enterprise IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth and business development strategies
Identify and pursue enterprise, institutional, and public sector opportunities
Build strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and partners
Lead proposals, tenders, negotiations, and contract closures
Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth initiatives
Monitor market trends and competitive activity
Maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage
Key Requirements:
4- 7 years' experience in business development or commercial leadership roles
Strong background in B2B and B2C sales
Proven success closing high-value and long-cycle deals
Experience in printer hardware, MPS, or enterprise IT services is an advantage
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
