Role Description
Reporting to the Director of Business and Channels, the position holder will take full ownership of branch operations, providing strategic, operational, and commercial leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Leadership: Oversee the full spectrum of branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
Business Development: Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Customer Experience: Champion exceptional customer service and uphold AA Kenya's brand promise.
People Management: Lead, coach, and inspire branch teams to achieve high performance and accountability.
Marketing & Brand Visibility: Execute localized marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and customer acquisition.
Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance, effective administration, and seamless day-to-day branch operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operations.
Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills.
