Job Summary
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to lead the growth of our public sector and corporate accounts portfolio.
This role is ideal for a strong relationship builder with experience in insurance or financial services and a proven ability to win and manage high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across public and private sector organizations
Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients, MDAs, and government agencies
Drive adoption of Arlington's insurance and premium finance solutions
Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and client presentations
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
Provide regular pipeline and business development reports to management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
3 - 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or insurance marketing
Proven experience managing corporate or public sector accounts
Strong understanding of insurance products and the Nigerian insurance market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong professional network within corporate or government sectors is an advantage
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
Professional insurance certifications such as CIIN or ACIIN are an added advantage.
