Job Summary


We are seeking a driven and sales-oriented Business Development Officer to support the growth of our HR Outsourcing business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and promoting our HR services to new and existing clients.
This role is heavily sales-focused and target-driven.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for HR outsourcing services.
Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field marketing.
Convert prospects into paying clients and secure outsourcing contracts.
Promote and cross-sell other HR products and services.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Provide weekly sales and performance reports.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
1 - 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the service-providing industry is an added advantage).
Strong sales drive and confidence in closing deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
