Key Responsibilities:


Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed set monthly/quarterly targets for training revenue, Zanahub platform subscriptions, and B2B/B2C course attendance.
Product Management: Oversee the Zanahub platform lifecycle and design unique, highly marketable training programs that solve real-world corporate challenges.
Digital Lead Generation: Leverage digital marketing, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and AI tools to generate high-quality leads and drive targeted traffic to our educational products.
Partnership & CRM: Act as the commercial manager for our high-value partnerships (including Edupro UK and PECB) and deliver compelling sales pitches to C-suite and HR decision-makers.


Who We Are Looking For:


Bachelor's degree (with a minimum of a 2.1 CGPA) in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, HR, or a related field.
A proven, verifiable track record in B2B/B2C sales, commercial product management, or business development.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, modern AI tools, and digital marketing/social media management.
Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of the Nigerian business ecosystem, corporate training, and EdTech platforms (LMS).
