Job Description
To identify and acquire new customers, market the institution's financial products and services, build and maintain strong customer relationshipd, achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets, conduct customer visits and credit assessments, monitor loan repayments, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with the institution's policies and regulatory requirment.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a financial institution.
