LED Power Technologies (EA) K Ltd is looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth by identifying opportunities, own the end-to-end tendering process and converting bids into awarded projects across public and private sectors.
Key Performance Indicators:
Maintain pipeline growth through quarterly increase in total bids submitted.
Submission timeliness by maintaining 100% submissions at least 24 hours before deadline.
Maintain a good tender success rate based on bids won vs. bids submitted.
Maintain bid accuracy and zero disqualifications due to admin errors or late deliveries.
Requirements:
The Business Development Officer will cover various duties among some key aspects to customer relations such as:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering, QS, or related (A Business degree is acceptable if coupled with an engineering exposure)
5+ years' tendering experience in a multi-disciplinary engineering firm
Compliance Mastery by having a solid understanding of the tendering process and compliance involved.
High attention to detail, commercial acumen, and deadline discipline.
