Core Responsibilities
	Source new biz, partners & revenue streams.
	Execute growth plans for OPD, clinics, pharmacy, lab, imaging, maternity & corporate/insurance clients.
	Engage corporates, schools, NGOs & insurers for wellness/medical deals.
	Manage client accounts, contracts & SLAs.
	Lead medical outreach, promotions & branding.
	Track competition, trends & draft reports/proposals.
	Enhance retention, feedback & client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
	Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Mgt, or related field.
	2+ yrs in BD, sales, healthcare marketing, or client relations (hospital/pharma preferred).
	Strong networking: corporate & insurance partnership skills.
	Excellent communication, presentation & proposal writing.
	Target, budget & KPI driven.
	High integrity, professionalism & passion for healthcare.
Added Advantage:
	Experience in hospital/clinic operations, health insurance, or medical sales.
	Familiarity with SHA, private insurers, and healthcare contracting processes.
