We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue for the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding the company's market presence, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
Develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align strategies
Track and report on business development performance and KPIs
Attend networking events, meetings, and industry conferences
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
