Roles/Duties & Responsibilities
Engage with qualified leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
Conduct needs analysis and offer tailored pension solutions.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams.
Report on conversion rates and sales performance.
Develop competitive strategies to grow our products
Support annual budget through strategic partnerships.
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
Inform clients about regulatory changes and product updates.
Work closely with the line manager and other departments to achieve business goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or equivalent)
At least 4 years' experience in sales or related field.
Diploma in Insurance or Pensions is an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge in pension and insurance industry
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Understanding of retirement benefits or investment products.
Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and professional.
Comfortable engaging with senior executives.
