We are seeking for high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Officers to drive the strategic growth of our customer base and deposit portfolio. Your primary objective is to aggressively market the bank's financial products, mobilize low-cost deposits, and identify new market opportunities to increase the bank's visibility and profitability. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with MSMEs, and individual depositors while ensuring that all newly onboarded clients align with the bank's target market and compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


To consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for savings, current accounts, and fixed deposits to ensure the bank's liquidity.
To identify and onboard high-quality individual and corporate clients, expanding the bank's footprint within assigned territories.
To effectively communicate the value proposition of the bank's loan and savings products to diverse groups
To provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer retention and \"top-of-mind\" awareness for the bank.
To monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management on product improvements or new market trends in the microfinance sector.


REQUIREMENTS


2 - 5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a Microfinance Bank, Commercial Bank.
B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline
Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proven history of meeting \"target-driven\" KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Polished appearance and excellent communication skills to represent the bank's brand.
