Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development/Operations Manager to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and expand market presence.
The ideal candidate will oversee business expansion initiatives, optimize internal processes, and ensure the achievement of sales and operational targets, particularly within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Drive revenue generation and achieve set sales targets.
Prepare business proposals, financial forecasts, and performance reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
Education:
First Degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Accounting (mandatory).
MBA (Master of Business Administration).
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in Business Development and/or Operations Management.
Experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and operational targets.
