Key Accountability & Deliverables:
To secure and maintain KES 500,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by the end of Quarter 1 and scale it thereafter, by landing foundational client retainers and projects.
Achieve and sustain the critical revenue target to fund operations.
Secure our first 3-5 signature commercial engagements that form the revenue base.
Establish the foundational partnerships for local delivery and credibility
What We're Looking For:
A legal background (mandatory).
A proven track record in business development for professional services (preferably legal, environmental, or advisory).
Demonstrated knowledge of African and international sustainability, ESG, and conservation markets.
At least four years of experience with BD systems and tools (CRM, client satisfaction frameworks, performance dashboards).
Strong communication, negotiation, and training skills.
The ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
