Job Summary


The role focuses on lead management, prospect outreach, and supporting new business acquisition, while coordinating day-to-day marketing and lead generation efforts.
This role is execution-focused, ideal for someone who can actively engage prospects and keep the business development process moving.


Key Responsibilities


Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads.
Actively reach out to prospects via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Support lead generation activities and coordinate tasks with the business development intern.
Qualify prospects and maintain an organised pipeline of opportunities.
Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up sessions with prospects.
Assist with proposal preparation and basic sales documentation.
Track outreach activities, leads, and conversions, and provide simple performance updates.
Support client onboarding handover after deal closure.


Required Skills & Experience


4 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
Strong communication and persuasion skill
Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and handling objections.
Organised, disciplined, and target oriented.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems.


Nice to Have:


Experience in professional services, consulting, or IT-related businesses.
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
Experience working with interns or junior team members.
Solid understanding of marketing funnels and conversion metrics.
